- Follow Summit Total Clean checklists and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Lead a small crew of cleaners on daily jobs, ensure quality standards are met, and serve as the on-site point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of 2–4 cleaners on job sites
- Conduct quality checks before job completion
- Communicate job updates and client feedback to management
- Train new team members on Summit standards
Requirements
- Prior cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation

Oversee operations across a designated region, manage team leaders and staff, and ensure Summit Total Clean's service standards are upheld at every job.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple job sites
- Hire, train, and develop team leaders and cleaners
- Monitor performance metrics and client satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling, routing, and supply logistics
Requirements
- 2+ years of management or operations experience
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or field services preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Background check required
Drive new business for Summit Total Clean by connecting with homeowners, property managers, and businesses who need reliable cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new residential and commercial leads
- Conduct consultations and deliver quotes to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Prior sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
